A dock feels impossible. Every one of the 120 docks is machine-verified solvable. Use free unlimited undo, or spend a few coins on a hint — the hint always points at a move from a real solution.
My purchase didn't show up. Open the Shop tab and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and handled entirely by Apple.
Rankings are empty. Rankings use Game Center. Turn it on in Settings → Games (or Settings → Game Center), then reopen the Rankings tab.
Progress on a new phone. Progress syncs through iCloud when you're signed in to the same Apple ID on both devices.
